Holiday Hoedown Week 2
The first, and easiest, week is done in our Holiday Hoedown. That first week you’re so gung-ho and all positive on this dieting healthy lifestyle thing. Now begins the second week… the I’m still hopeful and positive that I’m going to keep all the holiday weight off and maybe even lose!
I was able to lose 1.5 pounds this last week. I know that sounds good, but trust me my body is saying I’m comfortable at 163. I’ve been at 163, several times. The scale goes up the scale goes down. My success will be in getting past that this next week (a daunting task with turkey day and all).
I put in 325 exercise minutes this last week, burning around 1900 calories.
The goals for this next week are: get as much or more exercise minutes in, and to drink at least 80 oz of water every day.
